Gallon A Day Water Challenge

I originally wanted to start the Water Challenge at the beginning of January but I wasn't fully prepared to take it on especially since I was vacationing in Florida at the time. But whether it's the beginning of the year or anytime of year, you can start this gallon a day journey when you are ready.

I've been watching videos of people who have done this and became interested in the significant changes they've noticed with their skin and such. I am not getting any younger so any NATURAL remedies that may help with wrinkles, acne, oil production, hydrated hair, etc. , I'm all here for baby. I want to take it a step further and keep myself accountable not only to myself self but to you as well so I have posted photos of myself before starting on this journey. All the photos above are taken WITHOUT filters or color corrections. I want to be completely transparent with you. As you can see, I'm not perfect and that's OK!

I hope to see some drastic changes both physically and mentally.

My goal is NOT to lose weight; I'm more focused on the skincare aspect of it. I have extremely oily skin and I also noticed that I've been getting small breakouts on my checks. Also, if drinking a gallon of water helps me to eradicate wrinkles under my eyes and near my mouth , I would be gucci. As you all may know, I am vegan and I think this challenge will definitely work well for me as I am on a plant-based lifestyle.
